It is clear that this item is "made to order" (vs coming from a warehouse). I paid for the expedited shipping and it arrived within the window that I was expecting (no delays). I wasn't expecting it to be padded, but that's ok (I have an unpadded chair from a different seller). I also wasn't expecting the seam in the middle, but I am covering it with a blanket.
