I really like this very well nd comfortable "marine quality" boat seat and it worked out perfectly for a second seat in my small boat. It is now mounted on a forward bench and atop a swivel mount so you can turn 360 degrees while fishing. I was happy to find that the stainless steel bolts were placed on the bottom of the seat which "matched" the bolt hole pattern of my standard "swivel" mount seat base. I also like that the lower back support on this well designed seat doesn't block my view while running the boat. It is low profile. The marine naugahyde material is stitched well and the staples underneath are either monel or stainless. It is made with quality. This seat is a good value.
